Experience a menu dedicated to the world’s most decadent ingredient and so-called ‘black diamond’ of the earth – truffles! The delicious menu features fragrant and flavoursome new innovative dishes like truffle ricotta crostini, truffle mafaldine pasta, truffle lasagne, truffle pizza and even trufftails (truffle cocktails)*!!

Menu available from Saturday 1 July until Monday 31 July, at all SMC venues: Cronulla, Drummoyne, Circular Quay, Newstead & Surfers Paradise. Bookings are essential.
