Vivid Sydney is back from 23 May to 14 June, and at Salt Meats Cheese Circular Quay, we're celebrating with three special dishes inspired by the festival.

We’re right in the middle of all the lights and energy — the ideal spot to take a break and enjoy authentic Italian cuisine.

Enjoy our Vivid specials, including handmade pumpkin ravioli with sage, almonds and purple potato, a rainbow panna cotta layered with mint, lemon and strawberry, and a colourful cocktail featuring Italicus, blue curacao, lemon and a hint of sparkle.

Plus, kids get a complimentary scoop of gelato during Vivid — because the little ones deserve a treat too 🍦✨
